Work Responsibilities
Focusing on the construction of an independent knowledge system for national security studies, this work actively promotes innovation in the "three major systems" (disciplinary system, academic system, and discourse system). It involves research on major topics such as the theoretical system of the Overall National Security Outlook, basic theories of national security studies, and the building of a peripheral security community.
In line with major national strategies, it also includes drafting policy consultation reports on key areas of national security, organizing and planning academic community events such as national security forums, and supporting the development of the discipline.

Requirements

Applicants for postdoctoral research positions should generally be under 35 years of age. In principle, on-the-job personnel are not recruited for postdoctoral research.

Recent doctoral graduates from high-level universities or research institutions at home and abroad, with the doctoral degree generally obtained within the past 3 years. Prospective postdoctoral candidates who are current-year doctoral graduates must have met the basic requirements for doctoral dissertation defense at the time of application and should, in principle, be able to obtain their doctoral degree certificate by March 2026.

Applicants should have a solid academic background and strong research capacity. In the past five years, they must have published high-quality academic papers in well-known academic journals at home and abroad as sole author, first author, or first corresponding author.

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong spirit of cooperation.
